Brother watching Brothers is a business Idea which aim at solving problems majorly facing a boy child in a country. If focuses on mentoring, educating and also giving soft loans to a boy child to foster their development.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Due to increased number of organizations that promotes and supports the development of a girl child in our country, this has led to backward development of a boy child. Empowered women are doing well both economically and socially. The introduction of 2/3 gender rule for instance gives women an opportunity to get employed in organizations. The slogan of ladies first has led a girl child to be given first priorities leaving a boy child behind. However, it's in this regards that Brother watching Brothers enterprise emerges to protect, promote and support a boy child in a real full of empowered women. To achieve this, however, Brother watching Brothers enterprise will be providing education to boy child, mentoring them , representing the voice of a boy child at high tables and also giving non interest soft loans to a boy child in order to foster their development. Through Brother watching Brothers enterprise, there will be a fair competition between empowered women and boys.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The Idea of women empowerment has led to backward development of a boy child, Brother watching Brothers enterprise, however, tend to solve the following problems. 1. Unfair treatment of a boy child and a girl child. Girl child have been given priorities over boy child, for example, ⅔ gender rule gives an advantage a girl child when seeking for a job compared to a boy child. 2. Societal negligence to a boy child. In the recent world, a boy child is viewed as a strong human being who can take care of himself, this fallacy has led to increased cases of suicidal incidences among boy child. No one cares about the well being of a boy child in a society. 3. Re-establishment or articles in the constitution that specifically addresses the challenges faced by a boy child just as the ones that addresses the needs of a girl child. 4. Call for equality between men and women in working environment and also at managerial sectors.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Protection and supporting a boy child has a positive impact on a society. However, this article will only mention three advantage of empowering of a boy child. 1. Promotes both human and economic development. When the needs for a boy child are catered for just like those of a girl child, there will be an observable development in a society. 2. Active participation of youths in government matters. When the government take good care of the needs of the youth, there will be an active participation of these youths to matters relating to governance.i.e voting 3. Peaceful coexistence. When there's a balance in distribution of goods and services between this gender, there will be peace in any society.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

My project aims at addressing the issues affecting a boy child in a society, mostly age of 18-35. Also my project aims at calling all other stake holders who would like to support well being of a boy child in a society.

Brother watching Brothers enterprise focuses on providing soft loans to a boy child which will be utilized to foster their economic development which purposes o eradicate poverty. Also, Brother watching Brothers enterprise will be providing education to a boy child about economic issues. One cause of poverty is lack of education to individuals. However, when we provide education to a boy child, we'll be showing him ways to fight poverty.

Taking care of a boy child in a society cuts across all aspects of life. Some of the the problems impacting this gender is lack of relevant education, lack of support from government and finally increased hunger in the country. Hunger can be caused by climate change. Providing education about climate change and it's impact on social-economic life can help a boy child to curb hunger through predictability of future climate change.

Health is defined as a complete mental, psychological and physical well being of a person. Factors that contribute to good health of a human being is education, financial stability. An educated man knows what kind of food to eat and a rich man buys all the food that his body needs.
