Describe your project or startup in a few words

located in Southern Kenya "voi". Is a semiarid area with a lot of dust during dry and mud during rainy season. So 3 months ago, I figured I should open a large carwash and carpet cleaning center, taking advantage of dirty cars

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

A couple months back I started a carwash, my initial plan was a small scale project but through my field study, I came to a conclusion that the project could have a bright future and may become a lucrative business from a weekend side job. they are large numbers of vehicles that needs my services especially Tour Vehicles "tsv" that use the nearby road leading to main gate of tsvo national park. I wanna take advantage of the availability of large area I have access to and build a large carwash, that can accommodate 30-40 vehicles a day from it's 15 vehicle.advantages of the car wash site is it's near shops, multiple churches, main roads and even a Total refilling station just 200meters. if successful it will create employment for 5-10 people. the project will also include recreational activities like basketball 🏀 court, pool tables and a flower and tree garden making it sustainable and attracting for clients using my services. It will also have a caffee for clients to drink

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

1. Luck of capital to fund the roofing, shedding and paving,,Trying to turn my side project into something more, that can bring more income to the table. To be more independent and in control, to pursue my goals and ideas without being limited by rules and restrictions of being employed. To be my own boss. To create generational wealth, for my family. Basically create employment

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The beneficiarys of my project will be Tour Vehicles tsv and local psv, to make there vehicles more appealing to the user and their client. Making a more hygienic environment for the community. I believe with enough funding it will create employment directly and indirectly, right now it makes ends met for me and colleges and indirectly for nearby shops.
