The business will be a sole proprietorship business, owned by an individual. The services to be offered will be; engine management, service and repair of engines, engine overhauling and engine diagnosing. The business goal is to deal with all problems dealing with engines as well as offering quality customer services. The pricing for the service is affordable to customers. The business will advertise itself through the social media that includes the You-tube, face-book, billing and also through personal appealing to customers The business will make it to growth by ensuring the service provided are of high quality thus getting more clients. To be able to have a smooth entry to the market, the management has done research on challenges faced by people with engine problems. They may include poor repair services, distrust due to

The potential customers for the business are car owners, drivers employed by individuals or companies, organizations such as schools and companies with vehicles the economic environment of the business will be light duty cars since the business is in the process of growth. The society also will also benefit from the business since job opportunities will be created as the business grows. The community will also be benefited since as the business grows to international level, investors will be attracted to the surrounding parts CHAPTER THREE: MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATION PLAN. The qualification of the manager his duties and responsibilities are explained in the chapter. The other personnel qualification, duties and responsibilities in accordance with their ranks are put down. Recruitment of staff shall be advertised and be conducted in an open, free and fair manner.
