Loveworld hospital will be a health facility that specializes in providing natural healthcare to the whole residents within meru County,town centre area where my hospital will be located.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

This project offer quality accessible and affordable healthcare services to the Meru County population while creating employment opportunities to the youth and vulnerable in the community and sustaining disease prevention strategies through community participation.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Realizing that nearly 80% of the population has no access to quality, accessible and affordable healthcare, I understands there are more than enough potential patients to go around. Ultimately my plan for growth will incorporate other doctors in the area who can benefit from the corporate approach Loveworld will be providing health and safety consultation to the service and construction corporate market.  With this in mind my approach is to see myself primarily as a marketer of Loveworld services.  The hospital will reach the untapped market of health service demand patients by connecting emotionally with our target market through a systematic series of open air medical clinic advertising. We will be a contributor to the community through outreach events aimed at children’s', youth and elderly well being.

Implementing and maintaining an organized, consistent means of lead generation, lead tracking, and follow-up to turn leads into prospects. Utilizing a repeatable system for turning prospects into patients. Hiring and keeping reliable office staff that grasp the company mission and share the same concern for people.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Through education and awareness programs, it is our goal to help the community understand their role in disease prevention and treatments. In this respect, we are not only profit centered but also preventive in approach to ensure as list exposure as possible. This is the area for the largest growth potential. Whereas the other conditions are tied mainly to population growth, this area is also tied to our ability to educate patients who on the importance of continuing care on a wellness and preventative basis.

She is my wife we come up with this idea after seeing that we need best for ourselves in life ..she is innovative best in decision making, hardworking and in all she is an experiencd nurse with a two years in hospital management

05.08 Justification

Our project will be a unique project in meru we will start a telemedicine project which will be able to reach the chronic ill patients who cannot reach this will be by keeping few staffs on the community outreach to educate them vulnerable free medical services for the chronic illness like DM, Hypertension among others

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

My main potential competitors are the hospitals which have been already been established and they are running. For me to be able to out from them is that I will make sure there is a massive medical camps when it opens,campaigns against diseases which my hospital will be funding, advertising on social media and the last making sure my client get the best service and making sure I involves them on decision making
