ECO-HOMES PROJECT -is a project set to eradicate&reduce environmental pollution caused by unwarranted and improper disposal of plastic waste materials ,that has caused climate change in our planet ,through plastic conversion into building materials.

The ECO-HOMES PROJECT -is a project set to eradicate and reduce environmental pollution caused by unwarranted and improper disposal of plastic waste materials ,that has caused climate change in our planet as one of the contributor of carbon emission into our ecosystem ,causing a major problem such as global warming.The project is set to come up with a chemical process of converting and recycling the plastic waste into useful and affordable building materials such as ecobricks ,plastic recycled lumber,floors e.t.c So as to ehance saving our planet before things get out of hand. Environmental pollution caused by plastic waste materials-i.e plastic bottles ,bags ,cans, containers The level of increased improper disposal of plastic wastes causing destruction of our environment and planet. Leading to health disorders, climate unsafety, global warming e.t.c

From a perspective of using already made and waste plastic waste materials i.e plastic bottles ,plastic cans ,containers e.t.c and converting them into affordable building materials such as plastic lumbers,floors,ecobricks e.t.c .That will be used in construction of affordable houses.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

The Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC) is the main competitor ,others;Real estate companies,other financial institutions. competitive advantage will be; 1Offering attractive financial incentives -discounted interest rates. 2.Providing Energy saving and lower bills. 3.Ensuring environment cautiousness 4.By imposing increased property value-enhancing lower EPC ratings(solar panels).
