Pwani Cleaning services company is a company aimed to introduce comprehensive range of cleaning services designed to bring sparkle and order within commercial and residencial facilities.Our goal is to attract new customers and convert them into loyal clients. Pwani Cleaning services intends to offer the following types of cleaning services; a)Deep cleaning . b) Sanitization services -this is whereby we will disinfect and use sanitizers to prevent growth and spread of bacteria. c) Carpet cleaning d)Moving cleaning services e) Laundry services. Pwani Cleaning services company looks forward to standing out as the best through the following ways; a) Having experienced staff who are trained and fully equipped to handle any task. b)Offer customizable packages for flexible cleaning plans to fit schedule and budget. c)Use of eco-friendly products which are safe and sustainable for a healthier environment.

Pwani Cleaning services company will provide high standard cleaning services to prevent the spread of germs and harmful bacteria, thus ensuring that the environment is not only clean but also safe and conducive for productivity.This startup will also create employment leading to economic growth.

Our cleaning services will be beneficial through the following ways; a)Cost effectiveness : Regular professional cleaning services prolongs the life of furnishings and avoids the need for replacements due to wear and tear. b) Health and Hygiene: Thorough cleaning eliminates germs and bacteria thus reducing the risk of illnesses.This creates a healthier living environment. c) Flexibility: Cleaning services can work around the clients schedule thus minimizing disruption to daily routine.

Pwani Cleaning services company project is aimed at serving the following; 1. Residencial clients.These include; a)Home owners -these are individuals who own homes and require regular or one time cleaning services. b) Renters -these are tenants who may need cleaning services when moving in or out of rental properties. c) Landlords - these are owners who needs to keep rental units clean for showing prospective tenants or maintaining property value. 2. Commercial clientsThese include; a) Businesses without in-house cleaning staff. b) Healthcare facilities c) Educational Institutions d) Hospitality Industry e) Offices. 3. Specialized needs: The elderly and disabled individuals finds it challenging to perform chores to maintain their space,thus the cleaning services will be beneficial to them.

My startup will strive to meet our clients needs to the fullest by offering top-notch cleaning services.This will be achieved through professional cleaning personnel and use of standard cleaning chemicals and products.

Our potential competitors are other cleaning establishments offering the services similar to those we are intending to offer.We are looking forward to be the best from them by adopting sustainable practices and new technologies that will improve our cleaning efficiency. We will also use professional personnel to deliver our cleaning services.

When I get random cleaning jobs,I usually train willing females then we partner up and do the work.
