Due to climate emergency happening all over the world due to the use of fossil fuels and other factors, it's time as a country and Africa at large we look for alternative source of energy. Cleaner, cheaper and renewable energy sources are the future.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
This will involve integrating solar farms with tree planting to create a synergistic approach that benefits both energy production and environmental sustainability. This can be achieved through Perimeter Planting of trees around the perimeter of the solar farms. This can serve as a windbreak, reduce dust accumulation on panels, and improve the local microclimate. This can be achieved through NGO Partnerships: By Partnering with NGOs that focus on reforestation and sustainable land use to enhance the impact of our tree planting efforts. By integrating solar farms with tree planting, we can create a multifaceted approach that supports renewable energy production and enhances local ecosystems. With the current change in climatic conditions of the world we may not be able to fully rely upon our traditional sources of energy, we need reliable sources which can reduce our ever rising cost of energy here in kenya and Africa and we can do this while pushing tree planting campaign.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
The climate emergency is a real threat facing every humankind. We've seen erratic climatic conditions all over the world. This problem is bound to get worse unless we move away from our current trajectory when. Clean, reliable and renewable energy is the only solution. Through this project, i want to create self energy reliant homes , schools and institutions through installation of miniature solar farms for clients. In addition to this, i want to collaborate with environmental NGO to plant trees for each of our clients. This will require certification and it's my desire to acquire that. There's a need to forsee the future problems which may arise and find a way to mitigate them. Cost of the current electricity sources is bound to increase due to extended periods of drought and increase in the cost of living. This project will over a cheaper energy solution while planting trees at the same time.

I can describe my project to beuniversal benefactor. Due to the following reasons: 1. Environment will be the biggest beneficiary from this project because this project helps combat climate change by sequestering carbon dioxide, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and improving air quality. 2. Local community. The community will benefit through job creation, clean and affordable energy and energy savings. 3.Government and Policy Makers: Successful integration projects will help governments meet renewable energy targets and environmental goals. 4. Property Owners: Landowners and homeowners can enjoy increased property value and aesthetic benefits from tree planting and solar installation.
