01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Ni Okoe is dedicated to transforming essential service delivery in Kenya, with a focus on medical, fire, and police assistance. At the heart of its mission is a pre-notifier messaging system that allows individuals to submit critical information to service providers before their arrival, thereby reducing response times and optimizing processes. The project integrates this system with existing workflows to enhance readiness and efficiency. Robust data management is in place to ensure that sensitive information is secure and compliant with legal standards. User training and support are provided to ensure effective system use. Ni Okoe promotes collaboration among service providers, government agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure a coordinated emergency response. Continuous feedback loops refine the system based on user insights. A key feature is assisting users in finding physical locations and contacts of essential services, thus improving accessibility.
