TisHere is a platform which is still being developed and main aim is to catalyse networking and collaboration in Africa. TisHere is designed to ensure professionals and talents create value out of their interaction with other users on the platform.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

TisHere is an online platform currently under development, it is a platform that will enable professionals and talents to interact with other people from their industry of profession or interest. TisHere is designed to catalyse networking and collaboration among professionals and talents in Africa. TisHere unique value proposition is to enable people to get value out of their social interaction on the platform. This is achieved by TisHere in many ways; TisHere want to enable it's user to only interact with people, information and any activity that is of relevance to them or their pursuit. TisHere will also enable it users to create good impression to other people, to possibly increase their chances of getting opportunities. The mission of the startup is to create platform that will enable people specifically African to network and collaborate. This is to catalyse innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa so as to propell our development.

Limited networking and collaboration of professionals and talents(Africa)

For professionals is the ability to interact with other people from your domain of work or studies this enables your to find opportunities to network and collaborate on projects TisHere will gives it's users to showcase their potential to other users this will boost their chances of landing opportunities. TisHere will catalyse Innovation and Entrepreneurship since it will act as a hub where people can share ideas and resources. TisHere will enable students and graduates to match to align the knowledge they have gained in school with the industrial needs and requirement this will reduce skill mismatch that is common in Africa.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Students/Graduates -TisHere platform will give students the opportunities to network with other people in their field studies or work catalysing their familiarization with the fields requirements and needs. Employees/Employers- For employees TisHere will facilitate their network and collaboration this will widen their understanding of their industry propelling their professional development. For employers TisHere App will be the destination of finding employees who are aligned by their industrial goals Entrepreneurs- Entrepreneurs will find opportunities to network and collaborate with others in their filed widening their market and opportunities to push their product Gig workers and freelancers- Gig workers will find the interface to showcase their works and potential so that any person who is willing to work with them can review their works from the platform.

The platform main aim is to promote collaboration, innovation and networking. Collaboration facilitate resources and idea sharing making it possible for underprivileged people to get opportunities to bolster their net worth Innovation creates new opportunities for example jobs and and means of doing things in a less expensive form. Hence increasing opportunities of making money and saving money. Networking facilitate meeting of new people this can lead to finding connections which create opportunities for you to learn and grow.

05.08 Justification

There is many networking and collaboration. TisHere platform uniqueness is the ability of it users to showcase their potential practically on the platform. Another uniqueness is that TisHere platform exposes it users to what is relevant to them for instance you're interested in matters concerning Technology only posts concerning Technology will appear on your timeline interact with problems, solution and insights that people in the Technology sector have. TisHere will have a rating option where users can be rated for the solutions and insights they have provided.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

LinkedIn- LinkedIn is used for socializing, networking and professional development. TisHere is will be used for networking, collaboration, socializing and professional development. TisHere strikes a difference with LinkedIn with it's ability to gauge user potential using their interaction with platform. MESH.- MESH majorly connects Entrepreneurs and small business owners giving them opportunities to access loan and offering mentorship TisHere- connects Students, graduates employees to professionals and business opportunities for students TisHere goal is to enable them land jobs without necessarily having years of experience in their specific field of studies. TisHere will be providing enough experience in the interaction and collaboration section platform

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

Yes I am. Initiating actions within communities to promote the role of female the cafe I had in Kilifi I colluded with a local woman where she would help us cook chapatis meanwhile we allowed her use our cafe to sell her viazi karai. We paid her certain amount of money and the profit generated from viazi karai were all her's.
