I propose to develop a mid-range eco-friendly hotel in Nairobi, Kenya, targeting both eco-conscious travelers and business tourists. The hotel will feature 20 rooms, each designed with sustainable materials and energy-efficient appliances. Key amenities include a rooftop garden, solar energy systems, rainwater harvesting, and a restaurant offering locally sourced cuisine. The hotel's strategic location near key business districts and tourist attractions will ensure steady occupancy rates. My commitment to sustainability will be evident through green building practices, waste reduction programs, and community engagement initiatives. I aim to create a unique lodging experience that promotes environmental stewardship while providing modern comforts and excellent service. The project is expected to generate local employment, support the local economy, and promote sustainable tourism in Kenya. I seek investment to cover land acquisition, construction, and initial operational costs.

The main problem am trying to solve in Kenya is the growing demand for quality accommodation and hospitality services driven by increased tourism, business travel, and local events. Kenya, known for its diverse wildlife, scenic landscapes, and vibrant culture, attracts numerous visitors annually, yet Nairobi City lack adequate hotel infrastructure to meet this demand. This gap presents an opportunity to enhance the visitor experience, boost local economies, create employment, and promote sustainable tourism. By providing comfortable, affordable, and strategically located lodging, the proposal seeks to address accommodation shortages and improve the overall appeal of Kenya as a travel destination.
