Describe your project or startup in a few words

I really have an idea of starting a private school that will be very effective in terms of academic performance and naturing talents. For a start the school will have daycare, pre primary classes, and primary classes from grade 1 upto grade 6.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

The school will need 6 classes which are daycare class, pp1 class,pp2 class, grade 1, grade 2, grade 3. dinning hole, administration office, toilets and playing ground will also be necessary for the project. The school will be well equipped with competance based curriculum materials in accodance to the kenyan curriculum order to provide quality education. We will try and make it unique and outstanding by also equiping it with technology so as the children can be digitalized. I am a teacher in private school therefore I'll need some qualified teachers for quality services. The education offered in that school will be mainly focusing on naturing talents, skills and knowledge on how to fit in the current society.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

education can act as a catalyst to solve problems like poverty and discrimination. Learners will be equiped with with knowledge and skills which will eventually deal with the issue of unemployment since they can create there own jobs through problem solving skills hence leading to eradication to poverty. Due to the interactions of learners from different communities there will be good socializing skill hence curbing discrimination.

1.Socializing and Networking are Personal Benefits of Education Education provides students with the space and the opportunities to meet like-minded individuals, either on a peer or mentor basis. In school, students meet leaders in their field, top professionals, and make contacts through extracurricular activities. 2. Personal Development of Skills Students are required to go through many types of assignments, discussions, courses, and more during their time in education. Therefore, they end up with a wonderful skill set that translates into the workforce. In addition, from extracurriculars, students learn arts, sports, and more that help them personally in life and to connect with others. 3. It will enable learners identify their careers at an early stage hence continue naturing it hence enabling them earn something when they grow up which will reduce poverty and unemployment issue in the society.

Targeted people in my project are the children and their parents since they will benefit on the education services that are going to be provided at school hence changing some of their lives

In the curricullum learners will be taught on how to Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss. Hence practice it at home and school for example planting trees.

05.08 Justification

Most schools around do not provide quality services since they lack qualified personnel due to lack of enough money. Teaching materials are not effective and efficient equipments like computers are not there hence providing poor service. But for our case we will provide all those materials and equipments inorder to provide unique services

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Main potential competitors are the private schools around there eg potters academy. What makes u stand out is that for us we will offer quality services by employing qualified personnel and equip our school with various school equipments eg computers and tablets installations of Internet and so on.

Yes. By trying to connect them into different jobs for them to work.
