Scrap Melting Aluminium works is all about making useful items like; Sufuria, Grills, pots, pans e.t.c.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

SCRAP ALUMINIUM MELTING PROJECT. This project deals with Melting of the scrap aluminum materials ( both hard and soft). This art can be done in a local way and can also be improvised to something industrious when funded. By local I mean we do (My friends and I) use charcoal in an improvised jiko to burn up the Scrap Aluminium until it melts. The aluminum is put in the strong steal sufuria that can sustain the high heat temperature. There's a way we propel up the fire to get the high temperatures that can melt the aluminum in the can. In the process of Melting, Other people (workers) will be moulding the ; pans, sufurias and other things on the ground using wooden boxes and the fine sand. There's a way we do it...... After that ,we take the soup( melted aluminum and pour it in the boxes that we've moulded our things* After 2 to 3 minutes, we uncover the moulded items by lifting up the boxes. At that point we will have our items made, then we clean them using rough files.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

I am trying to solve the problem of unemployment in my country kenya and later in my continent Africa and to the world in the near future. If this project is funded, we will buy enough materials, machines, employ youths( both male and female), register as a company and more other concerns for our better living in this hard economic Era.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

My project will provide aluminium made products including; pans, sufuria,grills that mostly helps in the kitchen, Our proudly made products easily absorbs heat and maintains it, in the case of the pan, sufuria and even a pot. The products are used for the longest time possible, they are not easily broken. The products are also safe for handling food since they have their own lids. Our products are not expensive, anybody can buy and enjoy using any of our products

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

YOUTHS My project targets the youths since many of them are unemployed, The project will provide jobs like,; moulding, propelling, transportation, sales and marketing and others for the youths. CHEFS AND OUR MOTHERS IN THE KITCHEN People who deal with making food are highly targeted since our products are good and safe in the kitchen. CATERING People who do catering are also targeted, our products are portable and anybody can carry from one place to another.
