Executive Summary AgroEco Innovators Solutions is an innovative startup business idea dedicated to addressing the problem of agro-waste and food waste in Kenya. Kenya agricultural sectors, food industries and urban market environment, produce significant amount of agro-waste and food waste annually, most of which is dumped away in designated dump sites. By collecting and converting these wastes into high-quality animal feed and organic compost, we aim to reduce environmental pollution, enhance soil fertility, and provide affordable organic feed solutions to both regional, national and local farmers.
