Job creation project, our aim is to help youths realize their potential and ability in them and equip them with useful skills to become solution providers in the community. We instill job creation knowledge in them to become job creators.

Our Job Creation creation project is aiming at creating jobs for youths, this is by sharing the ideas with them and enpowering them. Mission Statement: to inspire and empower people to become self reliable and productive to achieve their dreams. Vision: To see everyone flourish and thrive in the community having achieved their dream. Our Values: Team Work, Servant Leadership, creativity, love. OUR OBJECTIVES Help you realize your potential and ability in you To equip you with the useful skills to become a solution provider in the community. To bring a brighter smile to the community.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main goal is to reduce the rate of youth's unemployment in kenya and in africa at large. The unemployment rate has risen so high that in every 10 ypoung people, close to 8 are jobless with requisite qualifications. Categories of unemployed people 1.unemployed youths [18-35]years 2.long term enemployed persons with responsibilities 3.unemployed women 4.unemployed Disabled persons. There is an average of 800,000 job seekers join the job market every year.this is a situation that continues to frustrate many job seekers who hav ethe ho[pe of finding a job as soon as they leave school so that they can start actualizing their dreams.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1.REDUCE THE RATE OF UNEMPLOYMENT AMONGST THE YOUTHS. These some of our programmes we will teach youths. job creation programme talent search programme promoting agri-business youth self tender creation investment and youth funds making money through value addition 2.The youths will get FINANCIAL EDUCATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS. this knowledge and skill will open up their mind to show them that instead of becoming a job seeker or an employee after school, it is possible to become a business owner and thus will create a work oppportunity for them and for others. 3.WE WILL SOLVE A PROBLEM OF DRUG ABUSE AND IDLENESS AMONGST THE YOUTHS In this projects we offer the seminars for the youths to teach them on how to create the work, that is, someone can be given products and be trained how to sell them, by the end of the day what the person have sold will be compensated and thus keeping them busy and they earn money the end of the day and they create their dream lives.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The target beneficiary group is youths aged 18-35 year and middle age persons. this is to becaiuse iof they are unemployed there many Disadvantages. The disadvantages are:i It leads to increase rate of crime. It turns the population into liability for economy instead of asset. It even fills the countrys youth with the feeling of hopelessness and despair.ii It increases the economic load. The dependence of unemployed on the working population increases. Due to unemployment that adversely affects the quality of life of an individual as well as society.iii It affects the overall growth of an economy.where the unemployment is high it leads to gthe increase of drug abuse and even prostitution.. Now,if the youth have got the money and source incom, the rate of crime and prostitution and drug abuse goes down. thus our main focus is on youth to be the beneficiaries throuh creating jobs for them.

once i got this idea i shares with a lady by the name josephine. she is businesslady who is deligent ill that she does. she owns her own timberyard business she is 27 years of age. after sharing the idea with her she hve been willing always to support this great idea with strategies of how we will be able to solve this problem of unepmloyment.

When people secure employment, they gain a steady source of income that enables them to access necessities, invest in education, and improve their living conditions. when someone gets the work it ensures that individuals earn enough to not only to meet their basic needs but also participate in their communities’ economic and social life development. With higher employment levels we will have lowered poverty rates. where job opportunities are abundant and accessible, individuals are better equipped to break free from the cycle of poverty that often spans generations.

the preferred way of ending hunger is by ensuring that everyone who wants a job can get one and that it pays a sufficient wage. The bare minimum that defines a “decent” job is a sufficient wage, which should provide families with the means to put food on the table. For those who are raising children, a decent job should allow them to balance their responsibilities as an employee and parent. if one is jobless then it will ne hard for them to puta bread on the table. thus with this project, we have a programme of PROMOTING THE AGRI BUSINESS ANONGST THE YOUTHS AND THE COMMUNITY. this is a strategy of killing two birds using one stone. is a person is in the agribusiness he will feed the country people and the same time he will have money in the pocket thus improving his lifestyle and the economy at large thus i strongly agree that this project promotes the ZERO HUNGER Goal. the Bible says money is the answer of all. Ecclesiastes 10:19 19 A feast is made for laughter, wine makes life merry, and money is the answer for everything. without money you will be able to eat healthy food thus you will lack goog health. paying job makes it easier for workers to live in healthier lifestyle, provide quality education for their children, secure child care services, and buy more nutritious food all of which affect health. jobs also tend to provide good benefits like accessing good health care servives. unemployed people face numerous health challenges because they lack finances to access health facilities. those unemployed have fair or poor health in comparision to those with money, thus they are likely to develop a stress-related condition, such as stroke, heart attack, heart disease, or arthritis. With respect to mental health problems too. IN CONCLUSION. MONEY IN POCKETS OF PEOPLE WILL SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

When jobs are created our economy also grow, and whenever people are working and able to provide for themselves, the morale increases and things stabilize. So, jobs create earnings, which creates demand. [1] Stimulating economic growth When there is high level of employment, the economic growth becomes healthy. Hence, small businesses can hire additional staff, which empowers economic growth, and significant unemployment rates drop. In this way, our citizens can escape poverty as the standards of living grow overtime. Altogether, the role of economic growth can cover a much more broadening area when it comes to job creation. Job creation is closely linked to economic growth. When people are empowered they attract investments in thier businesses, they generate employment opportunities for the local population. As new businesses flourish within these zones, they contribute to the expansion of the local economy, leading to increased trade, productivity, and overall prosperity. This economic growth, driven by job creation, creates a positive ripple effect throughout the community, benefiting not only themselves but also local businesses and service providers. Alleviating Poverty and Improving Living Standards: Job creation is a powerful tool for poverty reduction. By offering employment opportunities,this enables individuals to earn a stable income and break free from the cycle of poverty. When people have access to decent jobs, they can afford basic necessities, provide for their families, and invest in education and healthcare. This in turn, leads to an improvement in living standards.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

there several groups that comes together to start up a job creation programmes BUT in the back of their mind they charge some fee. when you charge fee from a person who needs your help then you increases his or her burden more and thus most people are not able to carry the burden and thus their objective may not be very effective. WHAT MAKES THIS PROJECT STAND OUT IS, 1. Offerring free training seminars to the youths concerning the job creation. 2. Free online trainings. i have a whatsapn group where i share the links and people join, later i offer basic tainings on how to become a job creators 3.Speaking up at meetings like churches and colleges about solving problems and job creation and networking with those in the areas of interest one may be willing to venture. 4we have a plan of inviting proffesionals from different grounds to come and speak to the youths concerning businesses. 5. We have follow up Programmes for every person who goes through our empowerment programme.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

yes. as at now we have not launced it officially, but we have some PROPOSED methods that we will establish. some of them are, Networking Events: Organize networking events that bring together women entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and other stakeholders in the business community. These events will provide an opportunity for women entrepreneurs to network, share their experiences, and learn from others. .Access Women Funding: Provide access to funding and resources that can help women entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. This could include developing partnerships with financial institutions. We will bring women together in groups and encourage them to get money from governments and invest. Women Mentorship Program: Launch a mentorship program where experienced entrepreneurs can share their knowledge and experience with women entrepreneurs. This will provide women entrepreneurs with guidance and support in navigating the challenges of the business world.
