Healthy eating is targeting the uptake of indigenous vegetables by making them available in the simplest form possible
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Many people are busy entire part of the day and indigenous vegetables always takes time to cook.I have thought of this idea that if I open a food kiosk that will sell only already boiled indigenous vegetables for clients to go and fry for themselves.Preparation of such vegetables always is time consuming and that has led to the working and middle class avoid the delicacy hence missing the African sweet part and the African health.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Most of the terminal diseases are associated with lifestyle and it's my thought that if such is made available,it will help reduce the effects of terminal diseases as currently is because a threat to livelihood and it was not as such in the earlier days in my motherland Kenya.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).
This will save energy for consumers since it will just require on a small amount of energy to complete the process.Also will create opportunities for farmers of such products and the youth to help in the work.

My project target the entire population with the main aim on the working class
