Describe your project or startup in a few words

01.01 Describe your project in more detail
One of the main reasons for conflicts and banditry between Pokot and Turkana community is just lack of food and since the land is dry they only depend on livestock products and here we want to empower them to engage in farm agricultural activities but how ? because there's no water for irrigation. We need start common farm as per various villages along the border these farms say 4 acres fenced well and boreholes dug. These farms will be leased to the villagers just small portions for them plant vegetables millets ,sorghum, sweet potatoes among other foods and these will promote sense of belongings to them hence food on table.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
We trying solve the long lasting conflicts between the two waring communities. These communities they just fight for scare resources and since livestock is everything to them they have viewed even the few they have is not enough so go get more by stealing but when we add another form of income that's farm agriculture at least they will have something else to rely on.These will also promote team work and unity since say the farm will have like 100 households already that's unity in one farm.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).
