Emphasizing safety with a walled compound and security personnel, it aims to enhance student productivity and academic performance by providing a conducive living environment with strong internet connectivity.

critical accommodation challenges faced by students at our newly established university located in a rural area. The Problem: Our university's remote location has resulted in significant accommodation issues for students: Distance: Many students are forced to walk long distances to and from their homes daily. Living Conditions: Students often stay in homesteads with inadequate facilities and face challenges such as muddy roads and poor security. Safety: Incidents of theft and attacks are common due to the scattered living arrangements. Internet Access: Limited access to the internet forces students to stay on campus until late, affecting their overall safety and productivity. Living Standards: Many students lack basic amenities, leading to poor living conditions and academic performance.
