Fabulous pad is a reusable period product which stems from the lack of access to eco-friendly, zero waste and economical period product. This product serves as an alternative to frequent visits to market to get menstrual pads.It promote hygienic practices

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

It is a reusable period product that is sourced from cotton fleece, polythene, cotton material and press button which is then stitched together in different sizes(Length and width). This product contribute to the Sensitization of the female gender about proper menstrual hygienic practices and sanitation to combat period poverty challenge. It is a product that is sure to cover women of all ages during their menstrual period. It also gives access to quality education whereby girls don't have to skip classes due to the high cost of menstrual pad as my product would be sold at affordable price. It is a reusable period product that can last a duration of 5-7 months.

The main problem I'm trying to solve is period poverty:the lack of access to period product at an affordable

The benefits my project intends to produce are eco-friendly,Zero waste, sustainable and economical

My targeted beneficiaries are the teenage girls, elderly women, supermarket, Pharmaceutical stores, health facilities,schools, communities,and shops.

My project idea is unique and innovative whereby it is a reusable period pad that stems from the lack of access to eco-friendly, economical and zero waste period product.

My potential competitors are menstrual pad companies, Tissue paper company,tampons company, marketers and influencers. What makes me stand out from them is the uniqueness in my idea and innovative creation of reusable period pad that is eco-friendly, zero waste and economical.
