Fish farming refers to fish production which ranges from hatchery of eggs to fingerling, sorting and raising in an enclosure for commercial purposes typically for human consumption.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

This project is aimed at fish production from hatching of eggs to fingerlings and rearing to certain stage of development at which they can be released into the wild for further growth to maturity for purposes, This involves two process, stage or cycle for harvest which is; 1, Hatchery Stage or cycle: This focuses on hatching of eggs to fingerlings and raising to certain stage of development which can be released to other fish farmers to raise. 2, Fish Farm Stage or Cycle; This focuses on acquiring of developed fingerlings to further raise to maturity stage to be released for commercial consumption or further processing to stocked or smoked fish, seasoning etc.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

FINANCE in general i could say enclosure as in pond, feeds, security and machine to run off water and all circles around finance which is the capital for startup

1, This project intends to provide accessibility to fish as an agricultural product for consumption also contributing to global food security by providing a sustainable source of protein for consumption. 2, This project is advantageous as it serves as economic development as it is a source of job/employment opportunity and also creates a vibrant sustainable local economy through exchange earning. 3, This project serves as conservation of wild fish stock as a medium to save over fishing the oceans as thus providing fresh fish in alternative strata

This project is aimed at serving the humanity/masses irrespective of our differences as a source of food and job creation

05.08 Justification

This project idea is aimed at meeting the market demand that hasn't been met and yes it is the same product that has been existence but will be further processed which will require division of labor and thus need to provide employment opportunity in the process of production and make accessible for commercial consumption at a reasonable rate.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

My main and potential competitors remains all fish farmers and i stand out prior to diverse process of operation, most fish farmers practices only fish hatchery or fish rearing but this project offer to practice both and further to processed fish stocks.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

yes, gathering youths in groups to share job opportunities irregardless of level of education and also mentoring on skill acquisition and involvement in politics.
