A lasting electricity solution to the epileptic and insufficient power supply problem in the country. This provides uninterrupted power supply 24/7 at an affordable rate to everyone.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

We are building a mini electricity generation plant from biomass wastes generated from human and household wastes. With our solution, each houses can now have their own mini transformers to supply constant electricity 24/7 while allowing them to pay an affordable monthly fee for this service. The payment is done through monthly subscriptions on an eternity basis. In our country where constant electricity is a miracle with every other solution still being insufficient for the 24hours electricity, we are solving a pressing problem for the masses. This has the potential to drastically improve the standard of living of every one in the country with a direct impact on the improvement of the country's economic GDP as a whole.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

My parents have lived in a neighbourhood for over 20 years now and the electricity supply in that city has been terrible. Sometimes the black out lasts for years without any tangible reason. I grew up there and I couldn't understand why a state with such high numbers of companies could not provide power solution to the residents as a social responsibility. This happens to be the situation around the country and every individual has either adapted to the poor electricity situation or sought out other temporary solutions to solve their problem. This has remained a diverstating problem for most people. We want to stop waiting for the government or companies to solve the problem for us, and start acting on a viable solution to the problem while thinking outside the box. We have to become our own saviours to restore hope and life to our neighbourhoods thereby improving the standard of living for everyone of us.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Our solution has some major advantages over the current available solutions: 1. Our solution provides 24/7 uninterrupted power supply unlike others 2. Our solution is very affordable making it accessible to the poor masses as well 3. Our solution emits little or no air pollution unlike other solutions, keeping our environmental air breathable and very healthy for everyone. 4. Our solution strongly provides renewable energy thereby preventing wastes while converting them to profitable use. 5. Our solution helps improve the security situation in the various neighbourhoods since there will now be properly lighted streets and houses preventing hidden attacks in the dark. Many more jobs would also be provided for the youths thereby reducing unemployment.

Our project is majorly aimed at serving the masses who can't afford expensive electricity alternatives but truly need this solution. We serve the lower and middle class majorly to restore their hopes in life

Being led by a woman, we establish a gender balance in the recruitment process while we are set to empower young girls who have dropped out of school to get back to school on our scholarships. We would also engage in Periodic digital trainings for all women. This is done with 1% of our annual revenue.

Our idea is completely unique and innovative because we are shifting from the existing norm to think outside the box generating electricity from an unusual source which makes it highly novel. Additionally our billing system combines Artificial intelligence with mechanical engineering to provide a solution. This is different and better.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Solar energy companies, petrol generator sellers and the power holding company. The Solar batteries rundown and they are expensive to afford for a lower class. Petrol generators provide air and noise pollution, are unaffordable and are difficult to maintain. Power holding so not provide regular electricity leaving many in a blackout.
