Hug Day Event is dedicated to fostering unity, promoting mental-being, and encouraging positive actions worldwide through education, community building, and events.

Hug Day Event launches a global movement called #HugDayEvent. This empowers our target audience to achieve mental well-being through education and events that promote relaxation, exploration, financial health, networking, and healthy habits. In short, we want everyone to be healthy and happy.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Mental health issues are increasing daily due to loneliness, stress, and lack of real connection among people. We aim to unite them for education and activities that will help them maintain good mental health.

Many organisations only create awareness about mental well-being. However, we create solutions by empowering our target audience to achieve mental well-being through education and events that promote relaxation, exploration, financial health, networking, and healthy habits.

Mental Health Awareness UK - This organisation only creates awareness. Meanwhile, we empower our target audience to achieve mental well-being through education and events that promote relaxation, exploration, financial health, networking, and healthy habits. In short, we want our audience to be healthy and happy.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

Yes. We grant interviews to female entrepreneurs to showcase themselves, share their routine for maintaining good mental health, and talk about their businesses.
