At Zoomcrest we revolutionized our approach to not only make commerce more convenient but also create flexible part-time job opportunities for students through our student delivery personnel model.

We’re solving the challenge of convenient and affordable access to goods for university students by creating a localized marketplace that connects them with nearby vendors and student sellers.

Conveniency and Accessibility: Zoomcrest connects students with local vendors and student sellers, ensuring quick and easy access to a variety of goods and services without needing to leave campus. Also customers can choose between in-store pickup or delivery, with the ability to select delivery personnel based on ratings and pricing, enhancing the convenience of receiving their purchases. Economic Opportunities for Students: The platform provides flexible part-time job opportunities for students as delivery personnel. This allows students to earn extra income while balancing their studies and other commitments. In addition, local vendors and student sellers can reach a targeted audience of nearby students without incurring high transaction or delivery markup fees, keeping more of their earnings. Enhanced User Experience: The platform includes features like notification preferences (email, SMS, or call) for vendors and delivery personnel, ensuring timely and effective communication.

I am Muhammed Abdulamid, the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Zoomcrest. I am an autodidact software engineer with six years of experience in the field. I began my journey in programming in 2018 and has since developed a robust skill set in software development and technology leadership. I am proficient in various programming languages and development frameworks and have a deep understanding of software design, development, and deployment. Failed Startup Experience: I previously founded a startup called CampusMeal, which provided valuable lessons and insights that have contributed to the development success of Zoomcrest. Development of Zoomcrest: Transitioning from the challenges of CampusMeal, I successfully pivoted to create Zoomcrest, a thriving q-commerce platform that'll be serving university communities.
