Nylon production business is one of the most commonly known businesses and it has stood the test of time as a result of the growing demand for nylon bags for a wide range of domestic purposes such as shopping, bagging, covering and packaging of product.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Nylons is an essential material use by all business men and women for all sorts of packaging, because is a water resistant material. Manufacturing businesses require nylon in large quantities for wrapping and packaging their products. In fact, it is one of the fasted selling consumer goods in the country today. Nylons products are generally classified into two: High-Denisty nylon and Low-Denisty nylon. Both can be used for industrial or domestic purpose. High-Denisty nylon:- This are nylon used for heavy-duty purpose. E.g are bags for garbage, industrial chemical, disposable packages for pharmaceutical materials and products. Low-Denisty nylon:- these are soft and chap product. E g are disposable raincoat, food package Nylons, water sachet, bottle label, bread packaging and cloth packaging. My aim is to produce all types and size of nylons and to start with the Low-Denisty Nylons production with intention to grow to the High-Denisty Nylons production.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Packaging of all types of product to be moved from one place to another without the product been affected with bacteria which can be harmful to the body.

1. They’re Heat Resistant:- Nylon can be use in a high-temperature environment. 2 . They are Less Expensive:-Any time you are substituting a metal screw or bolt with plastics, you are going to save some money. They cost less. 3. They're Weigh Less As mentioned, nylon is a very lightweight material compared to metal. This is desirable in the end product for both the end user and also any time it is being transported 4. They are water resistant:- Nylon can protect a product from water, and rain to affect the product. 5. They Resist Fading: Nylon is a tough material, so it remains strong even after long exposure to sun or even chemicals. Depending on the finish you chose, nylon will stay looking unfaded and fresh for a longer period of time than many other materials. It does not rust and can endure a lot of wear and tear without beginning to look like it. 6. They are Durable: Although Nylon is not the strongest material in the world, it is still very strong and capable

With the current usage, the Nylon production industry had a substantial impact on the national economic growth. The use of nylon for domestic and industrial purpose include making of rape, branding material, luggage, sachet, and fabrics. It is also used to package goods from store, malls, supermarket and even the local shop down the road.

05.08 Justification

The business is already an existing business in the world therefore, there is a large number of customers using the product sure as the business men and women, all selling shop, the product is use in big and local market around the word. The product is well demand and needed everywhere but is has not be satisfied by the customers in the location I envision creating the business. The business is an extension business because I envision to produce all size and type of Nylons for satisfaction of the customers. I envision to improve the quality of the product that as already be existing by using use quality raw materials in the production of the nylons.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

My potential competitors are those who are already in the business. In the location I envision creating the business they are only local Nylons production which they can not produce all the types of nylons needed, therefore they travel to another state to buy the most use nylons to sell. My envision is to produce all the types of nylons needed which will make those my competitors to come and buy from me the nylons they can not produce with the local machine.
