Thinkers and Builders is an organization aimed at helping youths and teenagers to realize their potentials and identify their calling: the change they were born to make in their society.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Thinkers and Builders is an organization that mentor and groom young minds on the mastery of self development and the creative exhibition of skills and talents for their benefits and the society. The uttermost priority is to raise young people who are visionary, passionate and innovative; who will channel such energetic prowess in the right direction so as to bring a positive change to Nigeria and Africa at large. VISION To help youths and teenagers to utilize their full potentials and innovative ideas in various spheres in order to make a positive generational impact in Nigeria and Africa at large. MISSION To be a leading organization in building and raising innovative and visionary individuals who are going to make use of their potentials and gifts for a positive global impact by grooming them on system that works. 01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The problem the organization aims to solve is to help each individual to discover their unique destiny, detail it's transformational meaning in the society and learning how to fully implement it in fulfillment of their life. The training will guide their mind to expand beyond mere survival. With the training, more potentials will be realised and maximized in each of the youths which shall lead to reduction in crime rate and cyber crimes. The organization also seeks to allow their mindset to shift from just mere survival and realise that they are created for much more greater value and they have much more values which their country can benefit. Unemployment issue is also aimed to be solved.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1. After the training, successful individuals shall not be abandoned, there will be constant follow up on each individual until they become independent. 2. Platforms which each individual can showcase their potential shall be created. Platforms like: College of Sports (for those whose potential is based on sports); Technology (for the innovative ones who can create something out of scraps); Fashion House, Foundation, Schools, Farms etc. These platforms shall be created in order to hone their skills, talents and Potentials. 3. Creation of Job Opportunities. Individuals who are dedicated, focused and ready to use their potentials shall be fixed to various jobs in the country both internally and externally through various platforms created by the organization.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The targeted audience and beneficiaries are the teenagers and youths between the age of 12 to 25 years. It is quite important to catch them young when they are still innocent and their mindset can be renewed against the status quo. Honing their skills at such a tender age will be of immense benefit to them and the nation at large.

1. Ipadeola David: He is a graduate of Biochemistry at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He has a strong passion for the young ones. 2. Okunlade Kehinde: He is a recent graduate of English Education at University of Ibadan. He is passionate for the young ones and a great orator. He serves as the Academic Director of his department during his undergraduate days. 3. Samuel Tosin: She is a recent graduate of English Education at University of Ibadan. She is passionate about the girl girl and runs various outreach in schools around Oyo and it's environs. She is the convener of Fiona Movement, an organization that reach out to the girl child to become a global influence. 4. Oludayo Oluyemi: He is a graduate of Law. He serves as the legal adviser of the organization. 5. Samuel Oluwaseun: She is an undergraduate of English at the University of Ibadan. She is passionate about teens. 6. Oladeji Favour: She is a young teenager who has an exceptional analytical skills and brilliance

One of the platforms the organization seeks to establish is T & B Farms which shall be on a standard basis (not less than 5000 hectares of land). Varieties of food crops shall be cultivated and varieties of animals shall be reared. The products shall be distributed to markets Nationwide at an affordable cost.

One of the platforms that the organization intended to put in place is Agriculture for those whose passion revolves around it. With provision of land for commercial and mechanized farming, definitely it will contribute to zero hunger in the country. This shall be done by cultivating various food crops.

The organization aims to help the young ones to realize their full potential which shall be backed up with constant mentorship and follow-up. In the course of the mentoring and follow up, the good health and their general well-being shall be of greater priority.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

There are other various organization that is into the development of young ones. What makes Thinkers and Builders to be different is that it provide platforms where the young ones will be able to showcase their skills and potentials.

No
