I am a trained pastry chef and also undergoing culinary studies, I've had the dream of owning a restaurant and making nice delicacies and products which will no doubt promote good health and extensively the african culture.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Having a restaurant that promotes our culture (through food) is far a patriotic thing any citizen would do where it is considered people way of living and in excence introducing foreign culture (through food) that will give people more light of how other people's way of live is. I dream to own a restaurant that does exhibits this patriotic act and I think I can achieve this goal through the #Startupoftheyearchallenge by totalenergies

Inadequate diet and malnutrition.

Readily Availability of food resources to people who are at a point not at the right position to process them from raw materials and also helping big and corporate organizations to get rich meals while hosting trainings and meetings
