PEM is an education and employment platform, where we train, recruit and even offer our services in the space of Animation and Virtual Reality/ Game Development. The Impact include: 1. More jobs will and has been created both locally and international for our esteem tech ecosystem. 2. Local and International partnership with world class studios and companies. 3. More awareness and training in the animation and virtual reality/game development , for our esteem tech ecosystem.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Globally, the demand for Animation/Virtual Reality/Game Development content is booming, yet the talent pool remains shallow. A lot of people are not trained or qualify for such opportunities and even when they are, they do not know how to secure such jobs.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).
1. We train and recruit our best graduating students with local and international studios/companies from around the world. 2. We offer scholarship opportunities for training. 3. Excellent customer service and after-sales support. 4. High quality interactive games and animation production. 5. Unique worlds and character animation.

The global animation market size was valued at USD 394.6 billion in 2022. The market is projected to grow from USD 394.6 billion in 2022 to USD 528.8 billion by 2030. The number of animation jobs worldwide was estimated to be about 2 million in 2022, and it's expected to grow to 2.5 million by 2027. The global Game Development Service market size was valued at USD 334.63 million in 2021 , reaching USD 757.52 million by 2027. And according to the Evan Data (ESA), there are about 220,000 game developer positions, 2,457 video game development studios / companies in the world.

1. Linda Adha doubles as the manager and the accountant of the company. Managing the day to day activities of the company. A graduate of the London School of Economics, with over 6 years of experience managing businesses. 2. Confidence Ajimelen is the marketing and brand program manager of the company. With over 6 years of experience working as both an educator and a brand specialist.
