The main problem Project BEAM aims to solve is the lack of a comprehensive, integrated platform for engineering companies to manage their operations and HR processes efficiently, resulting in manual errors, wasted resources, reduced productivity, and poor decision-making due to fragmented data and limited visibility.

Chisom Golden Otuonyeadike, Electrical Engineer and project manager with expertise in optimizing power systems. Abasiama Sunday Ekom, semi-senior audit associate at Deloitte Nigeria with a proven track record in audit processes and finance management. Helen Anowi, cybersecurity expert at FirstBank Nigeria, ensures the security and integrity of our web-based resource management solution, safeguarding our system with her expertise.
