At Legit-It, we aim to become the go-to destination for individuals seeking reliable phone repair services. Leveraging our expertise in phone sales and repairs, we will provide a one-stop-shop experience for customers, offering a wide range of phones.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

This business involves the activities of phones/ gadgets, fixing of phones/gadgets, buying and selling of used phones (dead or working) 1. Fixing of phones/ gadgets Because of the fact that people are only interested in having/ getting a repair or fix engineer whom they can trust with fixing their phones with original parts/ material, legit-it, have built or developed an access to the authorized service centre for most of the pone/gadgets that we can actually get their materials for the sake of repairing and fixing of their products. Legit-it also plans to process becoming a collection centre for most of this product which in turn puts Legit-it in their list of fixing centre and thereby, increase our business parameters. 2. Sales of phones/ gadgets Legit-it is putting together a network of phone sellers so that we can bid price and get our clients with the best price for any phone/ gadget they want (while they do need to the hassle) and deliver to them wherever they are.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We intend to bring convenience into service. Where and when one needs not leave his work or home and get a better solution to his communication machine. Using the advantage of dispatch services. So, one can break his phone and within 2 to 3 hours, get it working again.

This business has put together a means of having a network of phone selling companies, by whatsapp throughout Abuja; that allows our clients to have the best price offer for any gadgets of their choice. We are also creating a network of riders and dispatch for a delivery to any part of Abuja for a start (till we raise funds for selling of brand new phones) We also have the connection to Samsung and Carlcare which gives us the ability/ access to receive their original materials for the sake of fixing their products and will soon work on becoming their collection centre as soon as there is a physical office. Becoming a collection will get us enlisted as their service centre which will in turn increase our customer base. We are also building a network of people who sell and swap used phones in Abuja around Abuja so we can help our clients sell their old phones after confirming it was theirs originally.

Our services includes everyone, especially people who uses their phones as major part of their work tool. We intends giving instant services. We also intends making available original materials from the companies who own the products.

1) Legit it is meant to have a structure that accommodates at least 5 individual who will be paid at the end of the month. 2) many people uses their phones as their office l/market point. Being timely and efficient in legit it services will definitely salvage a situation of going hungry because of phone malfunction or disorder. 3) once we are structurally balanced, we plan to also teach the skills to as many that are willing to learn. 4) Building a connection of both phone salers and dispatch companies, we promote and encourages business, thereby, alleviating hunger and poverty.

Our motto states: relax, we will deliver! We run your errands while you just need chill. We are a whole new move, and we promise to deliver.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS Our major competitors include and not limited to the likes of SLOT, Carlcare, etc. We stand a good chance to outgrow them with our strategy because, everybody likes and want convenience and that is what we offer. With our strategy, one can get a phone service (buy, fixing) from the convenience of their homes, office, even while hanging out. All the individuals need to do, is to chat us on our whatsapp line or call our call service number and would receive their choice in few minutes. It is as simple as that. We are the middle men (errand boys) between you and our gadget store. We also do pickup and delivery (if a phone needs to be fixed) for fixing of phones and any gadgets. Whilst SLOT and Carlcare, etc ask for you to walk down to their office for any transaction, Legit-it phones offers you the choice of remaining in your convenience and receive same or better product and services.
