Palm fruits (in bunches) would be harvested in large quantities and processed. 4 to 5 employees would be needed. Buyers would be available and we would also be processing for many people and they pay after it's processed based on number of 25 litre cans.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Palm oil plantation would be rented. Then these plantations would be harvested on monthly basis, so it's continues. When the the bunches are transported to the oil mill site, in the next 7 days, the fruits would be removed from its bunches. At this stage, the fruits are ready to be processed. The fruits would be pored into the boiler. The boiler would be filled with water and then fire would be on until the fruits gets soft enough to be processed. The boiler would be open and the palm fruits would fell inside the digester which would grind the palm fruit gradually until a desired texture is achieved. This texture(kernel and Fibre with palm oil feel) would be taken to presser, which will press out the palm oil with the help of a hydraulic jack. Then the mixture of fibre and kernel would be taken to a separator, which will separate it so that the kernel would be separated from its fibre. Then the fibre would be taken to the presser again for the last press. kernel and oil is ready.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
I would be solving both employment problem and societal problem because I would be processing it cheaper for the locals in my village who are poor and who use this palm oil as a means of income. I would employ about 4 people from my town. 3 people would be operators and 1 would be for inventory and other related stuffs. Implementing this project, the problem of the society would be solved by 30 percent and that of employment would be great because plenty people in my society are jobless. I will also employ more people after the investment has grown large. My community will be happy. They will now have it in mind that they now have a great source of income because the charges for the processing would be low and they would have enough to sell and achieve their profits and make their families happy. I would also open in another village that would need these help from my idea. I would be happy to see those in need smile in life and have enough for their daily use.

Employment benefits : in my locality, palm oil business is the main source of income. They use ordinary hands to process these palm fruits. So mechanising this process would be great and it would reduce the rate of unemployment in my locality. I would employ about 4 to 5 persons for a start and I will be employing more people as times goes on. And it goes on forever with more branches and more employments Sustainable development : palm oil business is the main source of income in my locality. This project would be a lifetime project because palm oil business is continues in my locality and this investment would be forever running. Societal benefits : after implementing this investment, the society would no longer process their palm fruits with bear hands. They will aim for large scale palm oil production because they now have a factory that would process it with ease and at a cheaper price. Happiness is achieved. My locality would be happy to see this business idea implemented.
01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
The targeted beneficiaries are the employees and the people in my locality who are using palm oil business as their main source of income. This project would make some people go for large scale production and this would help them achieve their dreams. It's a sustainable development and it would be running always and these people would be making their money month in month out. And when some other branches would be implemented in other towns, the unemployment rate would be reduced. Other people that had other businesses would also venture into palm oil business because a processing factory would be Everly available and at a reasonable price per cans of oil produced. Palm oil plantations would be rented out from owners on yearly basis. This business idea is a great one because it will change lives and enable many people achieve greatness. I personally would rent palm oil plantations and I would also be employing people during the harvesting processes.

The main source of income in my town is palm oil business. So this investment will help them process their palm oil at a cheaper price and on time. They would aim for large scale oil production because they have a factory that would process it at a cheaper rate. So when everyone is selling their palm oil monthly, there would be no poverty because they already have a business that would sustain them forever. Palm fruits harvesting is monthly, so they would be having a steady monthly income and their children would take from them too when they are old. So it's sustainable and affordable. Even salary earners would also venture into oil business because there is a factory near them that would process it with ease and at a cheaper price per can of oil. So they will diversify their source of income as well. After implementation of this project, my town would be free from poverty and I will also establish other branches in some towns as time goes on.

When these palm oil are sold, billions of people would use it all over the world for cooking and some for industrial purposes. Palm oil is Everly on demand. People engaging on this business would never suffer from hunger because it's a monthly business and they would be making profits monthly and they would never lack. It's a steady income. Even the people buying the palm oil would also make huge profits after selling it to industries. The industries use it to produce finished products that earn them huge profits too. So zero hunger is achieved. God gave us this palm fruits and said we should use it for sustainability, so anyone engaging in this business will never lack because palm fruits are harvested monthly and people into this business earn huge monthly after selling to buyers and buyers earn huge after selling to the industries that needs then and it's continuous till eternity. And when palm oil is under process, there are hundreds of people waiting to buy it from them. Forever.

The investment would not use any chemicals during production. No additives. The product would be harm free. So it's 100 percent safe for human consumption. Even the industries that would use the products, it's 100 percent natural. The workers would work in good condition because it would be hazard free. The palm oil would be shipped to numerous countries in the world. It's 100 percent natural to use for food or as a raw material for industries. Anyone that tastes the product would confirm that it's chemical free and edible to persons of any age. The investment will never process any palm oil that would affect anyone negatively. So good health and individual well-being is assured both the workers and the customers. The workers would be putting on overall safety dresses, helmet and safety boots. There would be no health issues that would be caused by this project.
