Clinics and hospitals can seamlessly generate, fill, and save patient data. Registration involves creating a profile with essential details, enabling the hospital to manage digital patient folders. Health record officers can create and update folders, saving up to two hours compared to paper-based methods. Patients can access their medical history across any registered hospital. Physicians can prescribe medications electronically, accessible by pharmacists, eliminating paper prescriptions. RayCord not only speeds up and simplifies hospital activities but also reduces costs and decentralizes medical data. This system promotes environmental sustainability and offers significant improvements in healthcare delivery.

RayCord addresses the critical issue of climate change by eliminating the need for paper in medical records, thereby conserving forests and water resources essential for paper production. This aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By providing a secure online platform for storing and managing patient health records, RayCord significantly reduces administrative burdens, saves time, and cuts costs for healthcare providers. It enhances the accessibility and efficiency of medical data for patients, ensuring they can easily access their medical history. Furthermore, RayCord's eco-friendly approach promotes environmental sustainability by reducing paper consumption.
