Our platform leverages on cutting-edge technology to simplify the rental process in Lagos, by ensuring that finding or leasing a property is as seamless as possible, no cumbersome procedures, no exorbitant agency fees. Our streamlined approach provides transparency, efficiency, and saves time and costs. Our digital application process l, virtual tours and online lease agreements make securing a new home for Lagos residents straightforward, hassle-free and timely.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Market gap in the real estate business. There’s a lack of technology driven solutions to streamline the rental process in Lagos and reduce cost. The current inefficiencies in the rental process are slow, non-transparent and filled with unnecessary bottlenecks. And more majorly, the exorbitant fees charged traditional house agents are a financial burden on both the tenants and the landlords.

Our platform connects tenants directly with landlords. We offer a clear, upfront pricing model with no hidden fees. We’re leveraging on our property technology to simplify and accelerate the rental process in Lagos, Nigeria.

1) the tenants- primarily young professionals, families and expatriates looking for rental properties in Lagos. 2) Landlords- property owners and real estate investors seeking efficient and cost effective ways to manage and rent out properties. 3) Property managers- registered companies managing the rental properties of landlords.

What makes us stand out from competitors such as PropertyPro, BuyLetLive, Nigeirapropertycenter, Jiji.ng; includes: we offer precise virtual tours, reduced agent fees, we provide legal and financial services, we focus on community and education, enhanced customer support round the clock and seamless tech-enabled rental process.
10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?
Yes. More than 70% percent of workers on my team are females. This includes my graphic designer, website developer, social media manager and in-house lawyer.
