01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Our legal application addresses several critical issues within Nigeria's legal landscape: Limited Access to Legal Services: Many Nigerians, especially in remote or underserved areas, struggle to find and connect with qualified legal professionals. Our app makes legal support more accessible to everyone, regardless of location. High Cost of Legal Advice: Legal services can be prohibitively expensive for many individuals and small businesses. Our platform offers more affordable options, helping to bridge the gap between those in need of legal assistance and the legal professionals who can provide it. Complexity and Inconvenience: Navigating the legal system can be daunting and time-consuming. Our app simplifies the process by providing an intuitive interface for finding, consulting, and communicating with lawyers, making legal services more user-friendly.

Our innovation will streamline the process of connecting potential clients with law firms, saving time and effort for both parties. by facilitating more accurate matches, it will enhance client satisfaction and increase the efficiency of law firms in acquiring new clients. Additionally, it will democratize access to legal services by making it easier for individuals and businesses to find the right legal representation regardless of their background or resources.

The targetted beneficiaries of our innovation are diverse and can include: 1. Legal Professionals: lawyers, paralegals and other legal practitioners to enhance their efficiency, access potential clients and streamline workflow. 2. Client and Litigants: individuals or businesses seeking legal services would benefit from communication with their legal representatives and provide legal information and resources. 3. Law Firms: law firms would also benefit from this innovation by establishing client relationship management, and billing, and improving overall operational efficiency.

05.08 Justification

First, our innovation seeks to leverage on providing probono services to our clients for minor legal tasks like consultations, drafting contract agreements,, etc. Our amazing features like "Know your right", security personal numbers etc also makes us unique from other existing platforms.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

From our reaserch thus far, we have only few potential competitors which are: 1. Pocket Lawyer 2. Legal X 3. BriFEd What makes us stand out from them is that almost all these platforms are dormant at the moment and its currently hard to carry out a single task on them. Aside the fact that what they do is entirely different from what we hope to achieve.
