Igbaro-Ola One Enterprises is a forward-thinking small-scale water manufacturer dedicated to providing high-quality and hygienic drinking water to the Nigerian people. We operate as innovative water production company, offering convenient formats like 50cl sachets and 75cl bottled water, while also catering to special customer requirements through customized orders. Our commitment is to provide exceptional value at competitive prices, ensuring sustainable growth within the Nigerian water industry. Igbaro-Ola One Enterprises aspires to be more than just a water producer. We aim to inspire a culture of mindful hydration and empower our customers to prioritize their well-being. 01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
While sachet water is currently widely available and affordable in Nigeria, concerns linger regarding its overall safety and the hygiene of production facilities. Outbreaks of waterborne diseases linked to contaminated sachet water have been reported in the past, although conclusive national data may be lacking.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
The Nigerian sachets and bottled water market is estimated at a substantial USD 3.96 million. We see a significant opportunity to serve this market by focusing on low- and middle-income families, as well as retail outlets, which collectively represent approximately twelve million people in Lagos. Our ultimate goal is for Igbaro-Ola One water to become a staple on every Lagosian household's dining table, a trusted source of hydration alongside meals.

Igbaro-Ola One Enterprises is a sole proprietorship business owned and managed by Abiola Olawale, who will be assisted by Sulola Mobolaji. Additionally, six workers will be employed, including a driver, loader, packaging staff, cleaner, operator, and security guard. Mr. Sulola Mobolaji, a mathematician by training from Lagos State University, has over two decades of experience in similar enterprises. Mr. Abiola Olawale holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Lagos and possesses extensive competence in management and industrial operations.

In the competitive landscape of Ilasamaja and the surrounding towns, several water production ventures vie for market share, with Ore Water, Skord water, and Evince water emerging as our primary competitors. These three companies are formidable, yet their strengths are quite similar and typical of any water company, which presents an opportunity for our business to distinguish itself. The market is characterized by three key factors: price, quality, and service. Ore Water, Skord Water, and Evince Water all focus on maintaining competitive prices and service levels. However, our strategy diverges significantly. We will prioritize superior quality, an appealing brand that resonates with consumers, and a tailored order service. While our prices will be slightly lower, our product will stand out, offering exceptional value and a unique proposition to our customers.
10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?
'm passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs and have taken concrete steps within my community to champion their role in the business landscape. among which are: Organizing workshops and training sessions: These sessions could equip women with the skills and knowledge needed to start and grow their businesses. Creating a mentorship programme: Connecting aspiring female entrepreneurs with established women in business can provide invaluable guidance and support. Advocating for access to resources: Lobbying for financial assistance, co-working spaces, or networking opportunities specifically geared towards female entrepreneurs. Raising awareness through community events: Highlighting the success stories of female entrepreneurs can inspire others and challenge stereotypes.
