An integrated healthcare company combining the primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare facilities to deliver an effective and efficient treatment and prevention of healthcare needs at the minimum cost affordable to everyone.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Adopting an integrated healthcare system with the primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare facilities to deliver qualitative, effective and efficient solutions to the healthcare needs of the immediate community, the state,nation and the west African region at large while maintaining minimal costs and affordable prices for the general public,with a sophisticated management team to drive the company to achieve its goal of bridging the large gap in the healthcare sector in the sub region. And also by cooperating with other companies in the healthcare value chain to boost affordability and lay down a strong healthcare system with various initiatives aimed at reducing out of pocket expenditures in the healthcare industry by collaborating with insurance providers and digital healthcare providers while integrating technology into the system to make it easier and affordable to access a much needed necessity which is healthcare.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Lack of access to effective and efficient healthcare Meet the demand for an effective and efficient healthcare need by the communities due to growing middle class families. Provide solutions to lack of basic healthcare due to financial restraint by introducing installment payment and other payment options including insurance. Provide solutions to the rising cases of non-communicable diseases and other diseases which needs a more robust treatment which is not available and is not accessible to many in the region.

Access to basic healthcare needs Reduce financial constraints from restraining access to healthcare needs and treatment. Bridging the gap in the healthcare sector by balancing services in the primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare facilities to cater for the needs of everyone without much hardships.

The project is aimed primarily at the immediate community, while at the same time growing to meet up with the needs of the state,nation and the west African community at large.

My company aims to provide it's energy by using clean and renewable energy sources to meet its energy demand and to also protect the environment. Using the wind source of energy and the solar energy system will help in achieving the goal which is a very vital plan of the company towards making contribution to making our climate safer.

05.08 Justification

My project is not aimed at bringing new services to the customers but the service is not there is the market,it represent a new type of service, though not wholly. It is not a new technology but it is an improvement to an existing service and an extension of the existing service which responds to the demand that has not been catered for by existing providers. It is just a new version of an existing service,rather on a whole new level.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Existing hospitals in the region are my potential competitors but due to the lack of an excellent management and inefficient and not much effective service delivery, i will improve on those shortcomings to stand out from them by meeting the demands which they couldn't provide for the customers.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

Yes,by employing women in both management and medical teams and giving them opportunities to showcase their skills and talent while gaining experience during the job duration.
