We focus on online trading, e-learning for skill development, online job opportunities, and promoting artisans and startups through mobile ads. We also support service businesses and provide online funding for business ideas. In simpler terms, the company has five main parts: ODOAHIA WORKLINK: Promotes artisans and service businesses. ODOAHIA STORE: Sells primary goods and finished products online. ODOAHIA SKILLDOMAIN: Focuses on skill development. ODOAHIA JOBS: Connects freelancers with agencies. ODOAHIA KASHOUT: Provides funding and partnerships for new and existing businesses.

Limited Access to Markets: Artisans in Africa struggle to reach broader markets beyond their local communities, lacking online platforms to showcase their products to a wider audience and boost sales. Difficulty in Finding Opportunities: Freelancers and agencies often have trouble finding opportunities to showcase their skills and connect with clients. Without a centralized platform, gaining visibility and securing projects is challenging. Lack of Entrepreneurial Resources: Aspiring entrepreneurs in Africa lack access to quality resources and training programs, hindering their ability to start and grow successful businesses. Limited Access to Funding: Many entrepreneurs in Africa face major hurdles in securing funding for their business ideas, lacking access to investors or financial institutions willing to provide capital. Onyejekwe Ijeoma, the environment manager, holds a doctorate degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Her previous work as a town planning officer and knowledge of geographical and environmental planning are invaluable in managing the farm settlement's layout and environmental considerations.
