This project entails the use of information technology needed by companies, Business establishment and organization which needs this skills which includes services of Graphics Designers, Data Entry specialists, Virtual Assistant for various a which entails attending to customers needs, taking enquiry and addressing customer problems or complaints, collecting and processing of data and giving feedback. This project is in high demand because a lot of companies in general needs this services of customer service representative, Data Entry specialist, virtual Assistant, online Chat service and Human Resource management for their customers to be attended to on a daily basis and bridging the gap between employers and customers, also getting feedback from customers and clients is as important as more companies requires this service. We are trying to solve the task burgen of various organization and businesses and providing them with good quality service and professionalism
