I want to get 3D printers and print out furniture and bricks using a combination of plastic and wood chips and saw dust to make during fire proof furniture. I to

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

I want to build furniture that can fit in one room apartments that are durable and reusable. Even dwelling into making gates and fences. I want to use 3D tech printing and moulding to make structures out of a mixture plastic and saw dust or plastic and cement.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Making durable and sustainable furniture made from recycled materials which fit the needs of the people renting in small dwellings in the townships. Wood degrades and chips away. My products will last a lifetime.

The target market is working class and need live in a comfortable room. Most furniture stores don't look at that target market. The small shacks and one room apartments/garages people rent out to migrant workers. I tent to provide good quality convince that is fire and water proof. I'm going to use the technology they use to make pallets crates and make furniture.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

My target market are people who have small rooms. Usually migrant workers who hire in the township and one apartment rentals or room. I will even extend to making garden ornaments; fences and gates. We can even replace the wooden door.

We use repurposed plastic and sawdust and wood chips. There's less trees chopped down for doors and no metal means less excess mining. The product is fireproof and durable.

My furniture and building materials will be made up of plastic/woodchips/cement. Cost effective; semi or can be fully automated.

The very concept of using such materials and design furniture that is affordable and durable is not used by many. Many companies still use outdated systems that make cheap products.
