Thuso.AI serves as a Beacon of hope for emerging farmers or farmers who are trying to get into farming. In South Africa, the Land Expropriation Act is an act to address historical injustices and inequalities in land ownership. However, with a lack of agricultural skills or a clear starting point, Thuso.AI wants to empower emerging farmers by giving them access to resources, education, technology, and community, This application will address the skills deficiency in agriculture by personalized gpt enabled bots, market insights, resource management and crop planning on the farm. This will also empower them to maximize the productivity and sustainability of their land holdings, contributing to economic development, poverty alleviation, and social upliftment in marginalized communities.

The main problem Thuso.AI aims to solve is the lack of access to resources, education, and support for emerging farmers in South Africa. Despite the government's efforts through the Land Expropriation Act to address historical injustices in land ownership, many emerging farmers struggle to effectively utilize their land due to a lack of agricultural skills and clear guidance. Thuso.AI seeks to bridge this gap by providing a comprehensive platform that empowers emerging farmers with the knowledge, tools, and community support they need to succeed in agriculture. By addressing the skills gap and providing practical solutions for crop planning, resource management, and market access, Thuso.AI aims to unlock the potential of emerging farmers and catalyze economic development and social upliftment in marginalized communities.

Aspiring Farmers: Individuals who are interested in starting a farming venture but need guidance on where and how to begin, including young entrepreneurs and rural youth. Marginalized Communities: Historically disadvantaged groups, including smallholder farmers and rural communities, who face barriers to accessing agricultural education, technology, and market opportunities. Women and Youth: Specific focus on empowering women and young people in agriculture, promoting gender equality and youth engagement in the sector.
