Avitraining is an online training organisation idea for aviation and energy spaces that offers regulatory and safety courses in-house and online for clients and recurrent/refreshers

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Regulatory and safety courses are important in the aviation and energy industry. It will offer all safety courses required for employees of clients and have a database system that reminds client when refreshers or recurrent training is due

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Since Covid most company audits show they are not complying with regulatory training requirements and this is because most of them don’t have in-house training anymore. Our training organisation will offer in-house and online training which will be convenient and manage training and regulatory requirements for clients and make sure they are compliant

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Clients totally don’t have to worry about regulatory and training needs as the training organisation will manage all for clients . Training to be delivered by top experienced qualified staff. Convenience of online training where applicable. Less findings on audits where regulatory training is involved

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Most training organisations in SA haven’t gone online in a sustainable way yet and we plan to make it easier for companies to trust us with their training and regulatory requirements by providing training on time and resources

Yes. I do public speaking at schools and work with organisations to empower females
