RUMU 24 its going to be an app for township backrooms market place

RUMU 24 will be offering a safer, easier and faster way for landlords to advertise and tenants to find a place to stay. We also want make it possible for credit bureau to recognize tenants who pay monthly rent as credit worthy and their credit score to be impacted by that transaction

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

I have found it difficult to find a backroom to rent and it has also been hard to find one that you already know will be safer and you can trust the landlord.

For now they are not competitors yet as their focus is on lands and houses and we focus on township backrooms
