01.01 Describe your project in more detail

I'm creating a business that connects spare parts shops directly to consumers, providing convenience by creating an application that acts as a marketplace for potential consumers to find the products they need. Consumers can search using a part number or the name of the part. Depending on your location, you will get a pool of suppliers in your area with the parts' prices, history, and condition. You can then choose to fetch the part or have it delivered. Step two involves selecting from a pool of mechanics or panel beaters to install the part or install and paint it. Suppliers will have access to the app's back-end, where they can update their product lists or information.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

I am addressing the lack of knowledge regarding where to get parts and ensuring customers aren't paying more than they should. Additionally, I am solving the problem of finding the correct part that actually works. This saves consumers time from running around, googling suppliers, and going to stores to find a part that may or may not be available. Furthermore, it offers the convenience of finding mechanics with reputable histories to fit the part or fit and paint the part to match the car's color. All of this can be done from the comfort of their home in less than an hour, benefiting both consumers and spare part shops.

I predict young professional women. People who don't want to increase their insurance premiums and would rather fix the issue themselves. People who do not have insurance or cannot afford insurance.

My service is 100% new for its niche. The only thing that is not new is creating a solution for people.

currently there isnt anyone who is doing this. I do expect to be copied over time but grabbing a large market share is important.

From businesses i have sttarted i often pick and search for female partners and workers over male or choose female workers to manage over the male work force.
