MediConnect is an electronical app which deals with transport services advancing in helping and contributing into eradicating the friction amongst the services being given to patients in health institutions and creating easier accessibility for patients.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

The idea was implemented with a mission of willingly in helping people of this country and the world at large. We are living in an era where unemployment rate is high , poverty taking place and the most heartbreaking part about is that people don't have knowledge about health and they can't afford basic necessities to get access to health services. I believe that every person's health have to be prioritized and this app will make a difference by making sure that the needs of the less privileged, illiterate and older people are met. It will create a healthy environment between the care system and the patients. It will also make the work easier for the health care work to access information of the patient and communicate with the patients electronically and it will make easier way for patients to be as reminder to take their medication and their health routine.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

I'm trying to minimize the conflict between the health care system and the patient. To eradicate the unfair treatment that patients experienced in health care institutions. To make an easy way for health care workers to cooperate in their work places and also to create a friendly environment for patient and health care workers . I believe at any given health care institutions we are all patient and we deserve the same respect and care that is given to all people as well, the MediConnect app is created to eradicate the predicaments that are faced by patients and health care workers and to create easier access for patients to get health services.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1. Confidentiality of patients will be prioritized 2. Patients will receive easier access from health services. 3. Patients and health care workers will have an easier communication remotely 4. The app will act as a reminder to patients who are taking chronic medication 5. Patients will receive their services at their most comfortable homes. 6. It will make easier for health care worker providers to access patients health records and communication 7. There will be a fair treatment amongst patients in health care institutions 8. The safety and security of the patients and the app will be prioritized. 9. Medication will be delivered for patients for free at their comfortable homes 10. There will be a helpline app that will work independently at any given time for patients to access it when there is case of emergency

The most target market of the most is people who are less privileged, are experiencing poverty at peak , people who are terminally ill , people who are taking same chronic medication , disability and disabled people, child headed families and older people.

My main potential competitors are people who are more into health innovative ideas and what makes me to stand out for them , my idea is unique and it promotes equality and change economic value of this country and the world at large
