Describe your project or startup in a few words

Setting up accommodation for students that come from disadvantaged famillies , because the funding programmes often take time to approve housing allowances.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

My project is about Estates/Properties , I would like to get funding to purchase buildings that are on sale and provide students with accommodation where they can stay while they are waiting on their fundings to be approved . Firstly I purchase the house negotiating with the agency , then set up the house for students including a studying area , sleeping area , bathroom area and a dining area , comforting enough to commence their studies , we are helping future leaders to not give up on their dreams because of the funding agencies not fullfilling their said promises.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem i wamt to solve is a majority of students sleeping on the streets waiting for their fundings to come through , we need our future leaders to get all the materials and comfort they need in order for their dreams to come true.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

The students will benefit good accommodation at no cost while they wait for their funding agencies to approve their allocated accommodations , proper studying areas and proper resting areas.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The students that come from disadvantaged backgrounds , ones that cannot afford (Off-Campus Personal Accommodations).

Fist patner is me ( Cebile Zulu ) I was once a student who came from disadvantaged background ,the things i had to go through since my parents couldnt afford a good accommodation for me , and my approved funding agency only sent my fundings after i finished my studies in college so i started using that little money to open accommodation for students charging them a much fair price since i understood what they were going through. Second Patner is Andile Ngubane , he helps out with buying materials that student accommodation might need for their safe stay.

I strongly believe if you have a good study area and in your accommodation , good security as well , you are more than comfortable to study any time of any day , especially when you have good resources like unlimited internet access and good computeres , you get all the quality skills and education.

This business is not gender based , every gender is allowed , remember not people of a certain gender come from disadvantaged backgrounds , poverty doesnt choose gender in that way every gender will be accommodated but in defferent sections , males on the other side and females on the other side but they will be getting same treatment and same services.

Ofcourse clean water and proper sanitation is our priority , hygeine is number one and also teaching hygeine, we will have a team that will focus on hygeine and including maintance team.

Yes , It will be affordable just right after everyone receives funding , because we all know that the finding agencies only start funding houses allowances after February so meanwhile they are not funded we are providing all the best we can , after they are funded we make prices affordable , and ofcourse clean energy.

I do understand that somewhere out there there are some businesses that help with what i want to do , but not majority which motivates me into implementing my project uniquely.

Student residents that only take students in after their fundings are approved.

Yes , I believe most female entrepreneurs dont get enough platform to voice out how much intellect they are withholding , innovative ideas and great minds.
