Xyle sport is that kid with unbelievable talent that is never recognized because she isn't as popular as the other kids. Africa needs to understand that all that she needs is within herself. Xyle is more than just a sports clothing. It's a legacy.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Xyle sports is a unisex sports wear. Our mission is to revolutionise the unrealized African dream and revive the people's decaying hope. We aim to provide the people of South Africa with a new and advanced sportswear line. To create a new and strong identify from a brand that is locally produced.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

It is no hidden fact that Nike, Puma, Adidas etc have dominated the sportswear scene, not only in the Americans but worldwide. The people of South Africa are moving more towards supporting local businesses and as such there is a huge gap in the market that needs to be filled.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

The people of South Africa will have a brand that they can proudly relate to and firmly call it their own. It will revive people's hope that South Africa is number 1 with a local brand that identifies with them.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Intermediate to advanced sports enthusiasts or health conscious people, approximately aged 16-35. We are also targeting the general public with children with the xkidz collection.

Currently there are just 2 people working on the business. Soon we will need different operational departments that would need us to hire people. I would also give people are just came out of high school a job opportunity to get them on their feet and have a test of independence and learn new skills. The aim is to open up as many branches as possible even the smallest such as a kioski which will lead to more job opportunities.

Dealing with customer is also a psychological game. You need to learn how to read a person and relate with them so that they can feel like you have given them the power to make a decision of buying what you are offering them. That's what out employees would be learning.

The business has a woman involved and we will get a fair number of both genders involved because it's proven between my partner and I that women and men thinking differently. When both brains are combined together they can create something beautiful such as xyle sport.

05.08 Justification

There are a number of sportswear/athleisure that has been created. Xyle sport wouldn't be the first. It will be the first to go worldwide and on top of the future competitors.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

We are competing against S. G. O. B, skinny Sbu socks, cancelwear, drip and lots more. We are a sportswear that will be in all sports activities that you watch and love. We will rise every year.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

Yes. I have attached the BCE business of creative entrepreneur 12 week program which was aimed to empower women in business.
