Lack of visibility for parents into their children’s academic progress and school related activities is highly contributed by limited communication channels and traditional administrative processes. The Ibukoni Results System (IRS) offers transparency by letting parents gain access to real-time information about their child’s academic performance, attendance records and fee payments. Moreover, the system fosters trust between parents and schools, promoting a collaborative environment conducive for students success.

Hancy Mtenga: Dedicated and skilled Information Technology professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Systems from Mzumbe University, complemented by practical experience in both coordination and support roles. Possessing a solid foundation in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as a strong understanding of IT policies and procedure. 2. Mwanaidi Mwilima: A Professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute, and a Bachelor Degree(Hons) in Business Administration From Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia. Social entrepreneur with a good understanding of supply chain process as well as purchasing and procurement processes.

While both systems likely offer core features such as digital assessment, grade management, and communication tools, the Ibukoni Results System (IRS) differentiates itself by providing a more comprehensive set of features, including additional functionalities such as parent-student portals, data analytics, curriculum management tools, and integration with third-party applications.

Yes, the Ibukoni Results System (IRS) is partly created to support administrators, to which in about 10 schools, 9 will have female administrators. With training provided to them on how to use the system along with the functions provided, I do not only lighten the burden of the work they do, but also support the accuracy of their outcomes and uplift their skills.
