My project is called bishoo and it’s live Buy and Sell Marketplace in Tanzania

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

Bishoo is working has a Platform to connect buyer and seller in e-commerce way . It plays vital role on connecting suppliers (vendors) and buyer in Tanzania for now . It’s has accelerated some vendors and encourages more buyer to buy on it . For now, it’s web based platform and this is due to limited capital. but we wish to make it app based on iOS and android since most shoppers like app based orientations. Due to inadequate capital and low marketing skill on internet marketing ,Bishoo is growing at low speed . We encounter sent backs like servers problems sometimes,Low speed internet connection and etc For now we offer the platform for free for anyone to sell ,but in future when number of subscribers increases we will add premium features . 01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We trying to connect buyer and seller in Tanzania. We need to make easy for shoppers to find what they’re looking on internet easier and accessible at matter of time. Bishoo is dreaming to be most trusted/visited biggest e-commerce site in Tanzania and Africa at large. We need to change the way online shopping works in africa.Bringing back lost trustworthiness among international shoppers about african sellers . We need to develop escrow program (Bishoo Assurance).that is when a buyer pays money for any good from our supplier then when the good lost/damaged or of low quality has he/she could expect then can get refunded after both side agrees.

Our benefit of using Bishoo 1:Increases trustworthy between buyer and shopper. Since the buyer has joined assurance program then can buy anything in our site without worrying about his money. 2:Help seller (vendor) connect with buyer easily Our primary purpose is to assist vendor (seller) reach their customers through their mobile phone or computer. 3:Employment opportunities We need to develop a server in Tanzania Developing,maintaining and implementing server all need technical IT skills and that is what employment opportunities mean. Again ,we need customer care,website/app Dēsìgnêr,office cleanup and other job vacancy will be available. 4: Developing and Growing IT skill on youth. Bishoo as tech company need new ideas and this idea are most driven from young people. We will run special program and research on IT to reach new unknown caliber generation.

We’re targeting the following 1:People doing business (vendors) Here we talk about physical and digital seller/reseller. Because our platform is for buy and selling then our primary targeted market is businessmen

Poverty can Eradicatedin our community either by providing skill/education/professionalism or Direct employment. Skill/education/professionalism assist someone to be self employed ,our company is aiming to provide tech education among youth generation as I mentioned earlier ,this can help someone to start business/self employ on IT industry. Direct employment as I said my company wish to employ on server development and maintenance, again we need customers care ,Web/app design who will be fully time employed. many job vacancy will be offered by my company that will help to eradicate poverty among community.

06.08 Justification for my startup

We are unique in market because We added WhatsApp enquirer, That is when a buyer need a product can purchases/order via WhatsApp. Why using WhatsApp ? Simply because WhatsApp is globally used messaging platform right now .many user use WhatsApp to communicate and I think even you ,you’re using WhatsApp..

06.09 Competitive Analysis

My main competitor are all online seller marketplace like Amazon,jumia,jiji,kupatana and etc . Most of them have failed to establish the best way to make buyer and seller close. We need to make Bishoo more user friendly any one wish to find quality products or service can use our platform.
