06.09 Competitive Analysis
Our main competitors are local farmers, but we are confident in surpassing them because we employ superior farming techniques, including irrigation farming methods. While our competitors rely on rainfall for their agricultural activities, our use of irrigation ensures a consistent water supply, allowing us to cultivate crops year-round and mitigate the risks associated with unreliable rainfall patterns. Additionally, our adoption of best practices in agriculture, such as crop rotation, soil management, and pest control, enables us to achieve higher yields and produce superior-quality vegetables compared to traditional farming methods. Therefore, our strategic approach to farming positions us as a formidable competitor in the market, capable of surpassing local farmers and meeting the demand for high-quality vegetables consistently.
