01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
We are building the marketplace (mobile app); Where tenants and homebuyer search, find houses or office space for rent or buy while real estate developers and owners will be able to upload their homes or office space through our app. We are removing -90% commission fee and other charges; real estate agents used to charge when customers search for home or office space for rent or buy.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Real estate agents in Africa charging a higher commission fee (100% of one-month’s rental fee) to look for houses or office space for rent. Also, People wasting time searching for Houses or office space for rent and paying many more additional fees for site view.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your startup provides (at least 3).
Cost saving: By removing -90% of many additional charges real estate agents used to charge including commission fee. Time saving: There is no need to do site view; our mobile app which is backed up with AIs, Machine Learning and Hologram Technology customers can view a site also can touch the house on mobile app, also our app has live tour for customers to interact direct with our site agents. Customer security: Our App will have cloud based products build by our own cloud engineers; this including servers, database, APIs and other Software cloud Products to increase the privacy and security of customers' information. Customer Protection and Identification: The customer will have the smart contract drafted by our AI to ensure the Identification of the customer and protection against any fraud cause by signing fake house contract. Homeowners /Real estate developers; they will have customers from different countries and advertise their properties to foreigner's customers.

Providing loans to the home owners and real estate developers to upgrading the housing status of low income families in sub-Saharan African, from poor houses to quality houses; to make sure tenants and homebuyer are living in comfortable and quality houses. 06.08 Justification for my startup
06.02, 06.03: The product could be described as new Technology; due to deployment of AI such as Chatbot, AI lawyer for smart contract, also our product has Machine learning for data analysis and has Hologram technology to increase the sense of touching, feeling and visiting site through our mobile app. 06.04: We improved our mobile app after receive the initial feedback from our users, previously we launched an MVP with bad user experience. 06.06: The Market size: In Tanzania 43% of residents are tenants and house buyer which is equal to 25Million people in Tanzania are renting houses. In sub-Saharan Africa countries more than 100 Million Africa residents are tenants, they don't own the house property. So, the market size is more than 50 Million customers, who needs our service and are not being. If we capture the market share of 50%, the Total Addressable Market would be $200Million annually. The Real Estate market market in Africa expected to reach a value of US$15.98tn by 2024.

Competitors: BE FORWARD Real estate, Airbnb, Afrocaya. The Competitive Advantages: Cost saving: We remove -90% commission fee and we take only 10% for initial rental payment. Time saving: Our product has deploy the AIs that will help in various Automation performance within our mobile app, include Virtual Reality, AI Attorney, Hologram and Machine Learning for data analysis. Customers' satisfaction: The product will have Chatbot, AI Call center to enable 24/7 customer' support, also will have loyalty programs to make sure we acquire and retain the customers. Our Startup will have local( Offline ) team to take photos of properties to increase customers' trust. Customers' security: We will protect our customers privacy by developing our own Cloud products such as Server, electronic database, other Cloud products to protect our customers. Fraud Protection: There no fake house contract from our mobile app like many other real estate agents do.
