Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) refers to a telecom service provider that doesn’t own telecom infrastructure but instead depend on a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) to host the MVNO through its infrastructure this lowers the cost of operation

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

The Mobile Virtual Network Operator(MVNO) is a telecom service that provides services similar to those of a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) such as Vodacom, Airtel but it doesn’t own the telecom infrastructure but rather depend on the MNO to host the MVNO so that it can provide telecom service just as how the MNO does but under a mutual agreement between the MNO and the MVNO where both companies will benefit from the agreement this is significant for the MVNO as it will lower the cost of operation of the MVNO leading to lower the cost of services such that the internet services will be affordable as well as other carrier services such as message services and calling services this also minimize the congestion of telecom infrastructure.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem solved by this project is : High cost of telecom services such as internet service and other carrier services such as messaging and calling services as mentioned earlier that the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) has lower operating costs hence it can provide better services at an affordable price It also solves the problem of congestion of telecom infrastructure as it uses the available infrastructure of the host Mobile Network Operator (MNO) and therefore the space that would have the telecom infrastructure can be used for other purposes.

The target beneficiary is any person who uses a computer starting from individual phones to personal computers corporations and any person who uses internet services messaging services and calling services as well as any other telecom and carrier services.
