Spiced fresh tomato mixed is a product idea aim at changing raw tomatoes into various forms such as tomato paste, pawoder and long run ready made stew in containers. This idea came in mind as result of scarcity of tomatoes after few months of harvest.

Spiced fresh tomato mixed is a product idea aim at changing raw tomatoes into various forms such as tomato paste, powder and long run ready made stew in containers. This idea came in mind as result of scarcity of tomatoes after few months of harvest. Therefore, I sat and thought how i can curve down the situation, since we cannot store some group of fresh vegetables for some months or years so I have an idea of processing the fresh tomatoes into various forms to preserve it for months or years for easy access and to alleviate stress and suffering of scarcity

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

In establishing this idea I focus on solving problems of scarcity, reduction in misused of the resources when it is in abundance, reduce its raw state in exportation, reduce problems of unemployment and also reduce the sugar intake to reduce diabetes situation. This idea came because I realized that during harvesting periods, because it is in abundance people misused it which later affects us as a community therefore I realize that when value is added there will be respect for our farm produce by the people a d the market at large.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Yes in any product there must be benefits because people buy benefits not products. Therefore, the major benefits of this idea to be established are; Health benefit; that is to consume a tangible product first you must look out for the health benefits of the product so spicied fresh tomato mixed contains varieties of vegetables that are good for body for growth and body building such vegetables are fresh tomatoes, ginger, garlic and onions. Since it sugar free product there will be reduction in diabetes situation in my community and the country as a whole. Employment benefits: since it is a product that will be consumed, there will market demands that will require human labor for distribution, processing, and marketing therefore, it will help me employ youths who are unemployed which at a long run help curve unemployment burden on government.

Spicied fresh tomato mixed aimed at the young people, the youths, adults and the aged, this is because the product is a nutritious food product needed in our daily food consumption such as soup, stew in preparing "jollof".

Yes in every idea generation, poverty is what is aimed at to alleviate poverty. My idea to venture into processing that is adding value to raw materials is purposely to reduce inadequacy or lack of resources in the country where there are all available raw materials to process to reduce burden on the small available finished materials. Again since I will need labour force, there will be employment opportunities to help earn a living or to support life. Therefore through this activity I believe that there will be reduction in poverty since I can not employment all the people at once.

I believe that in this project there will be zero hunger because, since this project will help the community develop and which will bring more intermediary services activities, youths and many others will be involved that will provide food on their table because this project in a long run will expand and mobile making every individual earn something to make a living better which in a long term reduces hunger in the system.

When the remains of the resources are damped anyhow everywhere and during raining season it takes the poisonous chemicals away into our water bodies that we rely on for household use, therefore, this project will help keep our water bodies clean since there will not be discarding of the resources again.

Since the complete rotten resources that can not be use can also be processed into biofuels or biogas which help us reduce buying of expensive other biofuels for use since we can convert the complete rotten material into other way use.

Value adding is what grow the economy of a country because the country will not send it raw materials outside the country for processing then purchasing it at higher prices but since the citizens are ready to change the raw materials into finished or semi finished goods it helps increase the local consumption and during the process of changing the raw materials labour is needed and this is a decent work since it will be monitored and regulated by the laws of the country.

In this product there are a lot of health benefits that have been added to improve human health condition diabetes situation is on the rise since every product consumed contains large amounts of sugar, so in this upgrade product we aimed at reducing the sugar content and improving healthy living.

This product is widely consuming product in Ghana and we are targeting in exporting to other Africa countries, but as at now, we targeted household, restaurants, chop bars, shopping malls, supermarkets mini markets and more but just to mention few.
